Stakeholder Survey
Our Stakeholder Survey has now closed.
However, if you can still reach out to our Engagement & Communications Officer directly if you would like to share your ideas and feedback on Wyescapes.
Background to Wyescapes
Wyescapes is long-term, collaborative effort for Landscape Recovery. 49 landholdings aim to restore habitats and recover nature at scale, across 5000 hectares of farmland. The project, which would last until at least 2046, is currently in a development phase funded by Defra.
The project aims to protect and restore soils, provide natural flood management, reduce polluting run-off, bolster water reserves in dry periods, and create a rich mosaic of habitats to boost biodiversity in the farmed landscape.
Wyescapes is led by Herefordshire Rural Hub in partnership with delivery partners Herefordshire Meadows, Herefordshire Wildlife Trust, and The Wye and Usk Foundation.
If you, would like to give stakeholder feedback on behalf of an organisation or group, please email jennie@herefordshireruralhub.co.uk, the Wyescapes Engagement and Communications Manager.
