We were honoured (if somewhat shocked…) to take home the Professional Services Business of the Year award and the prestigious Outstanding Achievement award – the “winner of winners” selected by the judges.
As a Hereford-based HR consultancy, established in September 2022, this recognition feels incredibly special to us. Lorna Simpson, our founder and first-time business owner, started Marches HR after a 14-year HR career. During that time, Lorna worked her way up from Payroll Assistant to Head of HR level across large organisations in England and Wales. With vast experience in handling a wide range of HR issues, Lorna and the Marches HR team focus on bringing warmth, simplicity and a personal touch to the HR processes of small businesses and charities in and around Herefordshire.
Winning these awards is a humbling reminder of the trust our clients choose to place in us and the support we receive from our local community.
