A Featured Go To Business of the Month will have (for a calendar month):-
On the Hub Website
- Business Name
- Logo
- URL link to your business website
- A short editorial *(see guidance notes below) about your business (maximum 200 words)
- Your “Offer of the Month”
In the Hub Newsletter (in the issue month coinciding with the Website featured month)
- Banner in the newsletter (“A BUSINESS supporting Herefordshire Rural Hub”),
- The short editorial *(see guidance notes below), about your business (maximum 200 words), as on the website.
- Your “Offer of the Month”
*please adhere to the following guidelines for the editorial piece about your business
- Formatting – in Word (preferably “Calibri” font, black)
- Do not include political views
- Please be topical & relevant
- Maximum 200 words
Herefordshire Rural Hub reserves right to edit your article, in consultation with you.
On Social Media (within the first week of the featured month)
- A promotional post on our Facebook page, with “A BUSINESS supporting Herefordshire Rural Hub as Featured Go To Business of the Month” with logo & link to website
Offer of the Month
Please include an “offer of the month” to encourage members to contact you between certain dates.
e.g. “½ hour free consultation if you book or contact us during February“
You will specify the dates etc.
(member to bring along copy of your offer from the newsletter/website page to be eligible)
Deadlines for submission
- All details to be posted on the Hub website and in the newsletter will need to be submitted by 15th of the month, for publication in the newsletter at the end of that month, and listing on the website from 1st of the following month.
- Only one business will be featured per calendar month, and you will be notified of your featured month when we send your invoice.If there is a waiting list, we will contact you to book your featured month.
Your “Featured” month(s) can be discussed with Frances (tel 01432 268428) and will be specified on your invoice.
Frequency
You can be a “Featured Go To Business” for a maximum of 6 months per year, and for not more than 2 consecutive months.
Cost
£100 per Featured month (calendar month)
Please note the fee of £100 to be a “Featured Go To Business” must be received before your “feature” goes live

Herefordshire Rural Hub reserves the right to withdraw a business from being “featured”, without explanation (in the event of damage to the Hub’s integrity through promotion of that business).
